HOW TO ORDER

Simply choose local delivery from the shipping options tab in your shopping cart and we will take care of the rest!

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

Our primary delivery area is the Calgary area only. All neighbourhoods within Calgary city limits are included.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Same day delivery is free for orders over $75, all order under $50 will be charged $10 flat rate and all orders from $50 to $75 will be charged a $5 flat rate. 

HOW DO I CHOOSE SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Once you have completed your order and are at the shipping section of the checkout, select the option of Local delivery and proceed with your checkout. 

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

You don’t need to be at home to receive your order. If you will not be home please let us know where you would like your order dropped off. We are not liable for any stolen packages.

WHEN DOES PLATINUM DELIVER?

Our drivers deliver between the hours of 10 am and 9 pm.

If you place your order before 5 pm you will receive it that same day, any orders placed after 5 pm will be delivered the next day.

I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT—WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

There are several options:

• Provide us a buzzer number with the floor and unit number, your driver will use the code to leave your order at your suite door. 

• Get permission from the manager, caretaker, or neighbour to allow your driver access to leave the order at your suite door.

• Leave the order in a secure location outside your building or at a nearby location such as your office.

WHAT IF I MISS MY DELIVERY? 

If you are not home we will leave your order at your door, unless otherwise instructed.
